Spaces was founded in 2010 with 3 agents, a few fold away tables set up in a shared office and a desire to simply “do it better.” Starting out with its sole focus on residential apartment leasing, Spaces has grown into a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in residential and multi-family sales and leasing throughout Chicago.

Spaces has designated listings, lead generation, marketing, processing, and data entry teams to take care of the tedious parts of the leasing process for you. This gives you more time to focus on what you do best; working with clients.
